Synopsis

The chapter begins with an emergency at the academy's testing facilities as high-ranked monsters escape, triggering a system lockdown. Students, having been prepared by Corin with specific golem control techniques, work together to hold back the initial wave. Meanwhile, Corin, now a semi-first-rank, celebrates with an instructor, but the revelry is cut short by the sudden release of an extremely powerful 'King of the Iron Mountain' monster, leading to the destruction of the barrier system and the escape of all contained monsters.
