Synopsis

The Tower Master makes a deal to remain neutral while the Holy Empire searches the Bon Kingdom for the Saintess, who happens to be a member of his family. The Holy Empire believes the Saintess is crucial to their power and will not stop in their search. Meanwhile, the Tower Master reveals a powerful magical barrier around Manticore Valley, promising added protection. The chapter ends with a tense message received by the Tower Master signaling an immediate issue relating to the Holy Empire's search for the saintess, and how he vows to protect his family.
