Synopsis

The chapter opens with a headhunter making a final offer to the protagonist, which is refused and ends with a confrontation. Simultaneously, the protagonist settles into their new job, noticing magical traces on individuals. They also encounter a suspicious colleague who is under a seduction spell which the protagonist is able to notice because of their unique ability to perceive magic. A colleague within the company was also caught leaking internal data and is about to be arrested.
