Synopsis

The chapter reveals that Almond's actions resulted in the capture of Talorant Castle, surprising many. Discussions ensue regarding Almond possibly becoming a knight, with Emilia's father wanting to meet him. Meanwhile, the people in the conquered territory are starting to thrive under the new governance. Towards the end, forces from allied families of the previous lord of Talorant are shown to be mobilizing, intending to retake the castle, prompting Almond and the Jeanneret forces to mobilize to defend it.
