Synopsis

The chapter reveals the Down Gems, initially thought to be a power source, are actually causing debilitating damage to the users, leaving them crippled and in pain. Despite their condition, the group decides to prioritize sending Chatterbox to safety, fearing their own demise. Jiseok grapples with his desire to save Chatterbox and his need to survive the escalating conflict, as more enemies appear, including minions of the Spider Duke, putting everyone in more danger and forcing a difficult choice about abandonment.
