Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist suffering from stimulant side effects, forcing him to rely on them due to hunger and a lack of resources. He's shocked by the cost of living and decides to obtain money by targeting criminals since he can't work legally. After a brief encounter, the protagonist is chased and dramatically escapes by jumping from a high place, but notes a familiar mana presence in this new world.
