Synopsis

The chapter opens mid-battle with a focus on chaotic fighting and broken formations. The characters discuss the need for fire support and implement defensive strategies. The narrative then shifts as the opposing side is revealed to be using detection magic. The heroes realize the enemy mage is attempting to find their forces, and one of them reacts immediately, going on the offensive to attack the enemy mage.
