Synopsis

Following a devastating hydra attack, the county is in disarray. Captain Russel Raymond arrives, quickly assessing the situation and saving the poisoned Sir Allen through a dangerous method that burns the poison out, revealing he is a master warlock. The chapter also explores the newly revealed young Hydra and the dangers of its poison and the swamp itself. The chapter concludes with the planning of a full subjugation of the swamp with Raymond confident that he can handle the monsters.
