Synopsis

A distraught archer, known for his deadly accuracy, storms a hospital seeking help for his critically injured daughter after being turned away elsewhere. The hospital initially refuses treatment due to bureaucratic rules requiring a letter of recommendation. The situation escalates with the archer's emotional pleas and perceived threat, until the hospital staff decides to call for the White Dragon Doctor to resolve the impasse. He arrives, assesses the situation, and agrees to save the girl.
