Synopsis

The chapter begins with characters recovering at the Situ family dojo, being commended for their actions during a demon wave. However, the chapter takes a dark turn when a character, Ang, is questioned about his possible connection to a one-finned demon and his identity is put in question. The character is revealed to be possessed by a powerful eight-finned demon and is able to reject the demon's will, confirming that this character is incredibly strong. This is followed by a reveal that Ang was under medical care by a family that he is personally familiar with.
