Synopsis

A young girl finds an injured man, whom she feels empathy for, and tries to aid him despite his critical condition. Others discuss the futility of helping him, noting the likely conflict between martial artists. Meanwhile, a man makes a high-stakes wager on the man's survival based on his belief in the girl's rare luck, adding an element of supernatural hope and potential financial gain to the dire situation.
