Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the protagonist's return from a grueling training period in the Solitary Bamboo Grove. He is given a special, high-grade liquor by the Demon Lord and commended for his modified martial arts technique, which combines demonic and Buddhist styles. While the Demon Lord acknowledges the protagonist's skill, he also points out the flaws in his thinking for altering the cult's foundational technique. Despite this, the protagonist receives a reward from the Demon Lord, who is impressed by the innovation, which is a contrast to his earlier fear of reprimand.
