Synopsis

The chapter begins with the higher-ups calling back all pursuit squads except one, led by someone who's "found someone interesting." This pursuit squad, confident in their ability to capture a seemingly weak trainee, follows the trainee's tracks. However, the tracks are a trap, and the entire squad is swiftly and brutally eliminated by the trainee. The trainee then utilizes the squad's blood and poisonous plants to mask their scent and prepare for a larger escape, reflecting on his strategic use of his pursuers as bait and his calculated planning.
