Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist being offered the Head of Planning position at the academy, which he accepts to gain more information about the organization. He later observes a student's flawed formula, and encounters a group of enemies that he manages to defeat and from whom he steals experimental data from the 'Black Dawn'. The chapter concludes with him helping a student and unexpectedly receiving an invitation to a prestigious university.
