Synopsis

Several characters receive messages warning of a planned attack on the festival's last day, leading to internal conflict as one character questions their desire for revenge, while simultaneously a professor concocts dangerous potions. The character, blackmailed with the threat of revealing his involvement with the Liberation Army, reluctantly agrees to follow mysterious instructions to target Joana Lovit. The chapter ends with the student making preparations while trying to find answers to the anonymous messages.
