Synopsis

Professor Rudiger Chelsea, a new and seemingly controversial professor at the academy, claims he can reduce the time it takes to manifest magic techniques, causing disbelief among some students and professors. He attracts an unexpectedly large class of students, including many first-years, and introduces himself as the professor teaching the overall process of manifestation, covering all four specializations. He asserts his authority by stating strict rules for his class and introduces the concept of gaining and losing points.
