Synopsis

This chapter focuses on the build-up to a fight, revealing that Woonhwi has been intensely training in sword techniques for three months while his opponent, Jwabaek, has undergone physical enhancements with Hae Akcheon's martial arts. The rules of the fight are brutal, with no surrender allowed. Despite both sides showing confidence, there are undercurrents of unease, particularly with Woonhwi, who despite improving significantly, still has doubts about winning. The chapter ends as the fight begins with Jwabaek revealing an unusual weapon and Woonhwi initiating the first attack.
